Ashwagandha or withania somnifera also known as winter cherry and Indian ginseng. Used in India for more than 5,000 years. In Ayurveda this is used to recover from periods of stress or trauma. Great for memory recall as well. In magick it is used as a potent remedy in love, attraction, aphrodisiac spells, supports brain function and is a nourishing herb.
